On June 15 local time, the Mexico sleeper production line project by China Railway Baoji Bridge Group, a subsidiary of China Railway Hi-Tech Industry, successfully completed the main structure of its steel plant, marking the official entry of this Chinese-standard overseas project into its final construction phase.
The project is located in Mexico City, the capital of Mexico. It comprises standardized steel structures, complete sets of concrete sleeper production equipment, power supply and distribution systems, storage facilities, and a production-office information system. The plant is designed with an annual production capacity of 400,000 sleepers, serving a wide range of railway needs, including high-speed rail, freight lines, and subways.
